Scrumptious Brownie Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
