Return Policy for B2B Sales

This Return Policy governs business-to-business (B2B) transactions for pastry and bakery manufacturing materials sold by ISTBEA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Defects or Damage: Products damaged during shipping or with verified manufacturing flaws.
  • Incorrect Orders: Items that deviate from the agreed specifications or invoice.
  • Pre-Approved Returns: Returns authorized in writing by ISTBEA (e.g., via email).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, perishable, or opened products.
  • Goods altered, misused, or damaged due to Buyer’s improper handling or storage.

2. Return Process

Notification:

  • Report damaged/incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery. For other issues, notify us within 7 business days of receipt. Include the order number, product details, and evidence (e.g., photos).

Authorization:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from ISTBEA before shipping returns. Contact sales@istbea.com to request an RMA.

Shipping:

  • The Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to ISTBEA.
  • Products must be securely packaged to avoid transit damage. Unsecured returns may be rejected.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Inspection: Refunds or replacements are issued only after we verify the returned goods.

Options:

  • Credit: Preferred for B2B accounts; issued as a credit memo for future purchases.
  • Replacement: Expedited shipment of corrected items.
  • Refund: Processed via bank transfer within 7–14 business days.

Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to returns not caused by ISTBEA’s error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. For incorrect items, we cover return shipping and prioritize replacements.

5. Warranty

Products with verified manufacturing defects are covered under a 30-day warranty from delivery. Warranty excludes misuse, improper storage, or non-compliance with handling guidelines.

6. Governing Law

This policy adheres to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and applicable B2B regulations in Turkey.
